About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Epicentre’s communications ministry within a focused part-time scope.
Direct internal and external communications, directing digital platforms, social media, print and visual media, website, and email.
Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and General Administrator on shared work.
Manage Epicentre’s internal communications platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
Build toward two year-round volunteers serving on the Communications team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completion of, or commitment to Epicentre/Antioch Discipleship School.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Prior communications, marketing, or ministry communications experience strongly desired.
Volunteer team coordination experience preferred.
Strong written and visual communication; confident with website CMS, e-news platforms (Mailchimp), Planning Center, Google Workspace, Slack, Instagram, WhatsApp, and basic short-form video editing.
Ability to hold multiple ministries’ time-sensitive needs.
