About the role

  • Drive sales growth for ABT products and solutions by executing a clear commercial plan.
  • Develop and manage your territory, including the following: understanding current and potential customers and market dynamics, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts, as well as prioritizing activities to use time effectively in the field.
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with customers and act as a reliable business partner.
  • Negotiate and implement tailored business development plans and follow up on progress with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in CRM systems (appointments, opportunities, forecasting).
  • Develop solid product and market knowledge and clearly communicate ABT’s value proposition.
  • Travel extensively within the territory (approx. 80%) and occasionally internationally for events or congresses.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales; experience in dental or medical devices is an advantage.
  • A proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong new business development orientation: comfortable prospecting, opening doors, and converting opportunities into long‑term customers.
  • Resilient and self‑driven: able to stay motivated, handle objections, and maintain momentum in a role with high autonomy.
  • Good commercial judgment and the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Motivation to learn, develop, and consistently improve.
  • Fluent German (native or near‑native) and good English skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
