About the role

  • Promote and sell loupes and light systems with superior magnification and resolution to healthcare clinicians
  • Strategically develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goal
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships in assigned territory to become a trusted advisor and support company branding efforts
  • Utilize CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory
  • Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity to support sales
  • Deliver product presentations, and demonstrations, and provide post-sale technical support to healthcare clinicians
  • Identify customer needs and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territory
  • Collaborate with various departments including Customer Care, Technical Support, and Manufacturing to ensure prompt and quality customer service is provided
  • Contribute to product innovation by obtaining insight from healthcare clinicians and working with others and contributing new ideas
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional material
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights to the management team
  • Attend dental trade shows and academia events to promote and sell products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant B2B or B2C sales or customer facing experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% via ground or air required (2 nights per month overnight)
  • Ability to learn business systems (i.e. CRM software and other sales tools) required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Ability to build and maintain good rapport and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness required
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook required
