About the role
- Ensure smooth and efficient recruitment while providing a positive candidate experience
- Prepare and send job offers, maintain recruiting records, deploy policies, and handle documentation
- Schedule complex interviews across multiple time zones and departments, manage reschedules and candidate communication
- Serve as a primary support resource for the Talent Acquisition team, answering questions and providing workflow guidance
- Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for candidates
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related administrative function
- BA/BS degree is encouraged, or equivalent work experience is required
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferably Workday, scheduling tools, and general HR technology
- Clear and professional communication skills, comfortable reaching out to candidates or hiring managers
- Value efficiency, looking for ways to improve processes, streamline workflows
- Comfortable working with systems such as Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong emotional intelligence and proactive problem-solving skills
