- Achieving and exceeding sales and service goals within your territory.
- Manage and grow existing and future accounts to reach or exceed sales objectives.
- Establish productive and trust-based customer relationships.
- Organize and drive commercial activities to increase penetration and expansion.
- Implement marketing and T&E activities to facilitate growth while assuring a high ROI.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create better customer-focused solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the health sector.
- Experience in dental and/or medical devices or consumables is strongly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and related tools.
- Fluent/native German and strong English language skills.
- Proven ability to conduct solution‑oriented sales, including deal closure and commercial agreements.
