About the role

  • Achieving and exceeding sales and service goals within your territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the health sector.
  • Experience in dental and/or medical devices or consumables is strongly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and related tools.
  • Fluent/native German and strong English language skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct solution‑oriented sales, including deal closure and commercial agreements.
