About the role
- Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts in Northumberland & Scotland on Ormco's Spark Clear Aligners.
- Lead generation and establishing professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margins.
- Manage customer accounts to provide a consultative partnership on their aligner strategy and support growth for both the business and the customer.
- Expansion of market share by acquiring new business prospects.
- Support implementing Spark into the practice’s digital workflow.
- Train all staff within the practice on clinical and commercial aspects of Spark and implement marketing support within the practices.
- Collaborate with Territory Managers to achieve better results and to maximize customer experience.
- Support customers efficiently with problem-solving mindset to overcome obstacles and challenges.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative insights into the aligner market for your region.
Requirements
- Preferred to have 2+ years’ sales experience within the MedTech sector or to have experience with clear aligner either in practice or industry.
- Hunter, Growth Mindset, Target Conscious, Coachable, Proficient in Excel, Preferred worked with Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
