About the role
- Design and manage Envision’s enterprise listening strategy, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, lifecycle surveys and qualitative feedback approaches.
- Serve as the architect of survey design, question development, deployment strategy, and timing to ensure relevance, rigor, and trust in results.
- Analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative feedback into clear, actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders.
- Translate engagement and inclusion insights into prioritized actions that strengthen belonging and are practical within operational realities.
- Lead and support enterprise belonging and inclusion initiatives, such as employee resource groups (ERGs), DEI councils, or similar forums.
- Partner with leaders to activate inclusive leadership practices and support local engagement and belonging efforts.
- Ensure engagement and belonging efforts reflect the experiences of diverse clinical and indirect patient care populations.
- Collaborate with the Manager, Employee Experience to align listening insights with enterprise experience and culture priorities.
- Partner with Communications, HR, and Strategy teams to ensure engagement and DEI efforts are communicated thoughtfully and authentically.
- Continuously evaluate and refine engagement, belonging, and DEI activation approaches to ensure relevance, credibility, and impact.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading employee engagement, listening, belonging, or DEI initiatives in complex organizations.
- Demonstrated success designing and administering enterprise engagement surveys and translating results into action.
- Experience leading or supporting ERGs, DEI councils, or inclusion programs with tangible outcomes.
- Ability to balance analytical rigor with practical activation in operationally constrained environments.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including frontline or clinical teams.
- Strong facilitation, influence, and stakeholder partnership skills without formal authority.
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- 6 years of progressive experience in employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, belonging, DEI, or related people-focused work.
- Demonstrated experience designing and leading enterprise listening strategies, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and qualitative feedback methods.
- Proven experience translating engagement, inclusion, or DEI insights into practical, prioritized actions that leaders can realistically implement.
- Experience leading or supporting belonging and inclusion mechanisms, such as employee resource groups (ERGs), DEI councils, or inclusive leadership initiatives.
- Experience working in complex, operationally driven environments, such as healthcare, provider services, or similarly regulated industries, preferred.
