  • Lead strategic initiatives and drive innovation within the industrial water treatment division.
  • Provide expert direction for the Memphis, TN Ion Exchange (IX) facility.
  • Lead distributed field service and logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Drive EBITDA growth through customer base expansion and cost control.
  • Manage the growth of the IW Services business and salesforce.
  • Establish a safety and compliance culture adhering to regulatory mandates.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the industrial water treatment industry, with a focus on service management.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
  • Deep understanding of water treatment technologies and sustainability practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
