• Prepare and review engineering designs and documentation related to water treatment projects.

Business Development Manager - Systems

Mechanical Engineer

• Support Project Managers with execution of Capital Projects within budget, schedule and to customer’s satisfaction.
• Support overall execution of Capital Projects and provide engineering support and deliverables for assigned projects.
• Review and approve drawings including P&ID, fabrication, single line, schematics, and other project-related drawings.
• Review Bill of Materials (BOM) for equipment/component design for compliance with engineering principles, contract requirements, and applicable standards.
• Perform pump design & selection, hydraulic calculations, valve selections, instrumentation selection, and other equipment selection per contractual requirements.
• Assemble, review, and/or approve specifications, data sheets, and detailed component information.
• Specify materials for purchasing, identify vendors, initiate RFQs, evaluate price/value, ensure specification compliance, and track delivery.
• Attend customer and vendor meetings and provide input related to the project.
• Assist in gathering costs for equipment, labor estimates, subcontractor estimates, and other costs for proposals and commercial quotes.

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Field Engineer

• Service several client sites and various types of treatment facilities within the North East region/Eastern Seaboard
• Coordinate water treatment equipment delivery and exchange
• Hook up hoses and rinses in various types of exchangeable water treatment equipment
• Drain, disconnect hoses and prepare equipment for shipment
• Record operational data from process control instruments, meters, gauges, and chemical metering systems
• Perform calculations related to water chemistry, gallonage processed, capacities, and resin exhaustion predictions
• Operate, inspect, adjust, and monitor process equipment for air, water, and solids handling systems
• Perform process control testing and field testing of water and wastewater
• Perform preventive maintenance using hand tools, power tools and precision equipment per O&M guidelines

Field Service Technician

Account Executive

• As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be part of the inside sales team, focusing on generating sales for both the Netherlands Business unit (which focusses on the Dutch and export markets).
• The team consists of external sales people who perform the majority of customer visits. They are supported by an inside sales team based in our office in Zaandam.
• The inside sales team deal with enquiries and recurring orders, plus leads generated by the outside sales team.
• You act as the link between sales, management, and logistics, contributing to improved customer satisfaction.
• The role requires flexibility, a proactive attitude, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• You enjoy helping customers find solutions, take ownership, and adapt quickly.
• Drafting and sending sales quotations via the ERP system. This includes negotiating prices and conditions with the customer.
• Selecting suitable solutions based on customer technical specifications
• Collaborating with External Sales to prepare, follow up, and convert quotes into orders
• Answering phone calls and handling related communications (no cold-calling required)
• Suggesting improvements in procedures, marketing, and logistics
• Providing support during colleagues’ absence or vacation, such as order entry.
