Accounts Payable

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization; match to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Prepare and process electronic payments (ACH, wire transfers, checks) and monitor invoices to ensure timely disbursement
• Maintain vendor records, support onboarding and banking coordination, and ensure compliance with required documentation
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal teams, addressing inquiries from stakeholders
• Assist with AP subledger reconciliation, accrual preparation, and period close reporting
• Partner with Procurement, Operations, and Budget Owners to resolve discrepancies and enforce AP policies

Director

• Join Enveda as a CMC Director – Drug Product and help us transform natural compounds into life-changing medicines.
• Play a key role in executing Enveda’s pharmaceutical development and manufacturing initiatives.
• Guide CMC-related activities spanning oral solid dose drug product formulation development, manufacturing, and regulatory submissions.
• Reporting directly to the VP, CMC, your contributions will be instrumental in executing our development and manufacturing strategies and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to patients.

CMC Director – Drug Product

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process; ensure timeliness, accuracy, and GAAP compliance across all financial statements; maintain the general ledger, oversee journal entries, account reconciliations, and consolidations
• Own complex areas critical to biotech including R&D and clinical trial expense accruals, stock-based compensation, leases, collaboration and licensing arrangements, revenue recognition, and equity/financing transactions; document positions in clear technical memos
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors; lead the annual financial statement audit from planning through issuance, including audit schedules, PBC requests, and management responses
• Manage the company’s cash position, bank relationships, and investment accounts; oversee cash flow forecasting, wire approvals, and operating account controls; ensure clear visibility into the company’s liquidity runway at all times
• Prepare accurate and timely internal financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for the CFO, executive team, and Board; design, implement, and maintain a robust internal control environment and accounting policies consistent with GAAP and SOX-readiness standards
• Oversee federal, state, and local tax filings (or coordinate with external advisors); manage R&D tax credits and all regulatory reporting requirements
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize accounting systems and finance tools (ERP, expense management, procurement workflows); deploy AI strategically and responsibly; scale and modernize the finance tech stack to meet the demands of a growing clinical-stage biotech

Product Operations

• Manage customer service operations end-to-end: escalation pathways, response quality, tooling, and metrics
• Partner with engineering and product to translate operational needs into clear, well-scoped software tickets
• Work with marketing on campaign operations, launch logistics, and user acquisition workflows
• Interface with external service partners on onboarding, coordination, and ongoing relationship management
• Build dashboards and track KPIs to surface operational insights to leadership

Product Operations Manager – Software

Marketing

• Create the marketing strategy from the ground up for a new product
• Write and publish social media copy across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and more
• Support paid social and digital ad campaigns - copy, targeting inputs, and performance monitoring
• Contribute to performance dashboards (Google Analytics and paid platform reporting) and synthesize findings into actionable reporting
• Coordinate with designers on visual assets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines
• Support distribution of key corporate moments: pipeline updates, data readouts, press coverage, and conference appearances
• Help maintain a content repurposing workflow so strong work gets the reach it deserves

Marketing Intern

• Lead DMPK and PK/PD strategy across discovery and development programs, from candidate nomination through clinical development and regulatory submission
• Drive clinical pharmacology strategy including dose finding, exposure–response modeling, PK/PD analysis, and risk-benefit assessment for early- and late-stage programs
• Oversee PK/PD study design, analysis, and interpretation, collaborating with clinical operations, biostatistics, and regulatory colleagues
• Provide scientific and regulatory support for DMPK, Clinical Pharmacology, and Biopharmaceutics sections of regulatory submissions, including IND, NDA, and BLA filings
• Act as the subject-matter expert for clinical pharmacology and DMPK in interactions with FDA, EMA, and other global health authorities
• Partner with translational, discovery, and clinical teams to integrate nonclinical ADME data into clinical development plans and support compound progression from pipeline to early development
