About the role
- Coordinate scheduling for billboard installations, removals, and maintenance activities.
- Manage daily scheduling of dynamic and static digital billboard content.
- Collect and organize Proof of Performance (POP) reports for both internal and client use.
- Create and maintain detailed specification documents for billboard locations.
- Organize, file, and manage operational documents and project paperwork.
- Track inventory of materials such as vinyls and hardware, coordinating restocks when necessary.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain project timelines and support in resolving operational challenges as they arise.
- Update project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and assist in preparing reports.
- Provide general support to the operations team on various administrative and logistical tasks.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust quickly to shifting priorities.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management platforms like Monday.com.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
- Self-starter who is proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus points for experience in outdoor advertising or operations coordination.
