Design and edit high-quality visual content (images, carousels, Reels, short-form videos) aligned with the brand’s premium aesthetic.
Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and maintains a refined, luxury feel.
Supervise and coordinate community managers for each franchise location.
Conduct weekly calls for alignment, support, and continuous training.
Provide active feedback, answer questions, and ensure best practices are followed.
Guarantee that local accounts correctly implement the adapted versions of the main content calendar.
Manage workflows, deliverables, and cross-functional communication in an organized and timely manner.
Create and maintain process documentation, style guides, reports, and content checklists.
Ensure efficiency and quality while handling high-volume, multi-account environments.
Requirements
4+ years of experience managing social media for multiple brands or clients.
Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Fluent English (spoken and written) — exceptional writing, grammar, and editing skills are a must.
Extreme attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
Ability to handle large workloads, multiple deadlines, and complex coordination.
