About the role
- Grow and engage our player community while driving performance across key social channels
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns across major social platforms
- Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear, actionable creative feedback
- Engage the community by responding to comments and conversations in real time
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and content teams to adapt messaging and audience strategies
- Contribute ideas to creative testing, campaign experimentation, and social storytelling that resonates with gamers
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns
- Familiarity with ad formats, creative best practices, and platform nuances
- Strong Excel/data manipulation skills and comfort with manual reporting
- Excellent writing and tone-matching skills for short-form, conversational content
- Experience in performance creative testing or community management
- Bonus: Some knowledge of poker, gaming, or iGaming culture — or an interest in learning.
