About the role
- Process service requests that require a resident insurance producer license (endorsements, coverage changes, cancellations, reinstatements)
- Manage escalated insurance verification cases requiring advanced policy knowledge or complex interpretation
- Act as an escalation point for CSR I and II on licensed or high-risk matters
- Partner with Sales Agents on cross-functional service needs requiring a license
- Support training and knowledge sharing within the service team
- Contribute to compliance initiatives and workflow improvement projects
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or enhance policies in compliance with licensing requirements
Requirements
- Resident Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License (active)
- 3+ years of insurance customer service or related experience
- Demonstrated expertise in policy servicing and compliance
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Multiple state licenses (preferred)
- Prior experience in a high-volume insurance agency or carrier environment (preferred)
- Experience training or mentoring peers (preferred)
- Experience with Zendesk or other customer support platforms (preferred)
