About the role

  • Develop, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages for EBOO
  • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests (copy, design, CTAs, pricing)
  • Manage and scale paid acquisition channels such as Google Ads (Search & Display), LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Paid content platforms
  • Improve lead quality and reduce CAC for the US market
  • Build and manage paid content funnels (webinars, gated assets, case studies)
  • Collaborate with product and sales to refine messaging and ICP targeting
  • Own analytics, reporting, and growth KPIs (CPL, CAC, Conversion, ROI)
  • Identify new growth opportunities and run rapid experiments

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years growth/paid acquisition experience in SaaS
  • Proven success in acquiring US B2B or B2SME customers
  • Scaled growth from founding stage to at least $1M+ in revenue
  • Exceptional landing page optimization skills
  • Strong experience with Google & LinkedIn Ads
  • Expertise in conversion tracking, attribution & analytics
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely)
  • Experience with landing page builders (Webflow, HubSpot, Unbounce, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to write compelling performance copy
  • Must be based in Bangalore and able to work hybrid (2–3 days onsite)
