About the role
- Develop, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages for EBOO
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests (copy, design, CTAs, pricing)
- Manage and scale paid acquisition channels such as Google Ads (Search & Display), LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Paid content platforms
- Improve lead quality and reduce CAC for the US market
- Build and manage paid content funnels (webinars, gated assets, case studies)
- Collaborate with product and sales to refine messaging and ICP targeting
- Own analytics, reporting, and growth KPIs (CPL, CAC, Conversion, ROI)
- Identify new growth opportunities and run rapid experiments
Requirements
- 4–7+ years growth/paid acquisition experience in SaaS
- Proven success in acquiring US B2B or B2SME customers
- Scaled growth from founding stage to at least $1M+ in revenue
- Exceptional landing page optimization skills
- Strong experience with Google & LinkedIn Ads
- Expertise in conversion tracking, attribution & analytics
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely)
- Experience with landing page builders (Webflow, HubSpot, Unbounce, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to write compelling performance copy
- Must be based in Bangalore and able to work hybrid (2–3 days onsite)
