Customer Success Manager

• As a Customer Success Manager in our conversational AI company, you won't just manage customer accounts – you'll guide them through the entire lifecycle: from discovery and implementation to measurable success with our AI solutions.
• Onboarding Navigator: Safely introduce new customers to our world of AI/SaaS solutions. Ensure a smooth start with clear implementation roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
• Solution Implementer: Work closely with customers and internal teams to configure conversational AI bots, automation workflows, and integrations – tailored to the specific use cases and business objectives of the customers.
• Testing & QA advocate: Coordinate and oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensure the quality of the bots, fix problems, and guide customers through test iterations until the solutions meet the agreed standards.
• Optimization partner: Continuously monitor bot performance and customer feedback. Suggest improvements, automation optimizations, and best practices to increase efficiency and ROI.
• Engagement Conductor: Keep customer relationships active and proactive. Conduct regular business reviews, analyze performance reports, and ensure customers achieve their goals.
• Relationship architect: Build strong, long-term relationships – as a basis for trust, success and mutual growth.
• Adoption catalyst: Conduct training, enablement workshops and documentation to empower customer teams to use our tools effectively and independently.
• Feedback Loop Coordinator: Translate customer feedback and needs into concrete recommendations for action and work closely with the product and engineering teams to further develop our solutions.
• Growth Scout: Work with sales to identify renewal, expansion, and upselling opportunities and drive joint growth.

DevOps Engineer

• Support GitOps-based application delivery with Argo CD (including Dex/OIDC SSO): help manage Argo CD applications, Helm charts, and Kubernetes manifests across development, staging, and production clusters.
• Assist in maintaining GitLab CI pipelines that build container images and keep upstream OSS image mirrors up to date in Docker Hub and GCP Artifact Registry (version upgrades, CVE patching).
• Help operate GKE clusters day to day: namespaces, Deployments, StatefulSets, DaemonSets, CronJobs, ConfigMaps and Secrets, PersistentVolumes/PVCs, and node pools.
• Support the ingress and API gateway layer: ingress-nginx controllers, the Kubernetes Gateway API with Envoy-based ingress (Envoy Gateway) including Gateway/HTTPRoute configurations, and Kong (hybrid CP/DP mode), with TLS certificate lifecycle managed via cert-manager.
• Assist with secrets management using HashiCorp Vault and the Vault Secrets Operator (syncing Vault secrets into Kubernetes).
• Help configure workload autoscaling with KEDA ScaledObjects and Kubernetes-native mechanisms.
• Monitor cluster and application health using the Prometheus Operator stack (Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana, node and blackbox exporters) and centralized logging with Loki and Grafana Alloy; assist in troubleshooting pod, networking, DNS, and storage issues.
• Support stateful data stores running in our clusters — PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, MinIO, and PocketBase — including their Prometheus exporters and alerting.
• Contribute to platform security operations: RBAC, network policies, ClamAV-based file scanning, and container image vulnerability management.
• Contribute to infrastructure automation using Bash and Python scripting.
• Participate in backup, disaster recovery, and incident response procedures for cluster workloads.
• Document cluster configurations, deployment runbooks, and operational procedures, supporting audit and compliance requirements (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001).

• Own end-to-end hiring for technical and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build recruitment strategies.
• Source exceptional talent through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Screen candidates and conduct HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring journey.
• Manage offers, reference checks, and pre-boarding activities.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
• Support employer branding, campus hiring, and recruitment events.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure every new joiner has a great first-day experience.

Associate – Talent & HR

Brand Designer

• Design across the full marketing mix, social, web, email, presentations, blog visuals, ads, event collateral, and sales enablement, adapting ideas fluently across formats and channels.
• Contribute to brand and rebranding work: evolving our visual identity, building and maintaining design systems, and ensuring consistency as the brand scales.
• Use AI design tools alongside traditional workflows to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration.
• Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales to translate messaging into clear, compelling visuals.
• Own multiple projects end to end, managing priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Operations

• Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, visas, hotels, transportation, travel insurance, and itineraries for employees and leadership teams globally
• Coordinate with employees, leadership, travel agencies, embassies, hotels, and external vendors to ensure seamless travel experiences
• Handle last-minute travel changes, scheduling conflicts, and urgent travel requirements efficiently
• Support day-to-day office administration and operational coordination for the Bangalore office
