About the role
- Make outbound calls to social casino fans to reactivate inactive players and build long-term loyalty
- Spark engaging conversations, create genuine connections, and provide entertainment over the phone
- Discuss upcoming bonus campaigns and guide players through websites
- Work closely with sales manager to set and exceed goals and targets
- Participate in sales competitions and team-building activities
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Drive to succeed with a competitive spirit and eagerness to learn sales skills (prior sales experience is not required)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently follow strict compliance guidelines
- Genuine curiosity about the world of social casino
- Ability to strike up engaging conversations and build rapport over the phone
- Competitive mindset and eagerness to learn new sales techniques
- Fluency in English (essential)
- Preferred: 1+ years of sales experience
- Preferred: 1-3 years of social casino experience
- Preferred: 1-3 years of casino experience
- Availability to work shift schedules (Monday–Friday 9:45 am–9:00 pm EST and Saturday varying hours)
