About the role
- Take full ownership of client relationships and projects in the Czech Republic
- Act as trusted partner and main point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships
- Organize and align internal stakeholders across creative, media, and technical teams
- Oversee planning and execution of digital campaigns, ensuring objectives, timelines, and KPIs are met
- Translate data and results into clear, actionable insights and performance reports for clients
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
- Shape workflows and establish a strong local presence from day one
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, client services, digital marketing, or a similar role (ideally agency or corporate)
- Native-level Czech
- Excellent English
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities
- Collaborative team player with international market interaction
- Understanding of digital channels and trends
- Willingness to shape workflows and build local client relationships
