  • The Role: We’re seeking a Recruiter / HR Generalist who will be primarily focused on recruiting top talent to support our rapid growth, while also contributing across the HR and People Operations spectrum as business needs evolve. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional who wants to take ownership of the full candidate lifecycle and gain broad exposure to people operations in a startup environment.

Requirements

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job postings.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Support onboarding to create a seamless new hire experience.
  • Assist with payroll processing and partner with Finance to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain employee records and support compliance-related processes.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, communications, and culture-building.
  • Serve as a point of contact for team member questions related to HR policies and practices.
  • Take on additional HR/People responsibilities that naturally arise as we scale.
  • 2–4 years of recruiting and/or HR experience, preferably in a fast-growing or startup environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruiting best practices, and HR fundamentals.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats—able to flex between recruiting and HR operations with ease.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first mindset.
