Account Manager

• Manage the day-to-day performance and execution of Account Managers and ISO Success Managers across OnDeck Products.
• Drive accountability to monthly sales targets, quotas, pipeline goals, and key performance metrics.
• Support team members with pipeline management, partner follow-up, policy questions, process guidance, and production needs.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly funnel metrics at both the team member and ISO partner level to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Lead team huddles, participate in sales meetings, and provide updates in leadership meetings as needed.
• Coach team members through regular feedback, performance check-ins, development conversations, and employee assessments.
• Partner with Business Development to support partner strategy, strengthen ISO relationships, and maximize activity across key accounts.
• Own and manage escalations to Operations, Underwriting, Fraud, and other internal teams to remove blockers and improve partner/customer experience.
• Roll out key product, process, policy, and HR-related updates to the team, ensuring clear communication and adoption.
• Optimize partner coverage and book management across Account Managers and ISO Success Managers.
• Maintain a strong sales culture built on accountability, urgency, teamwork, commitment, and partner success.
• Identify process gaps, partner friction points, and business opportunities that can support continued ISO channel growth.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ISO partner management, relationship building, compliance expectations, and sales process execution.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the development, implementation, and multi-year management and monitoring of the Bank’s CRA Strategic Plan. Ensure goals are measurable, attainable, and aligned with the bank’s business model.
• Provide quarterly reporting on performance against goals, emerging regulatory risks, and community impact.
• Maintain and update the CRA Policy and Public File, ensuring full transparency and compliance with applicable rules.
• Identify and manage high-impact relationships with Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), non-profits, and government agencies to identify and facilitate Qualified Investments and Community Development Loans.
• Develop creative service opportunities for staff that leverage the Bank’s unique technology expertise to benefit Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) individuals and small businesses and LMI communities.
• Conduct ongoing community needs assessments to ensure the Bank’s CRA activities are responsive to the specific needs of its Assessment Area.
• Lead the timely and accurate annual filing of CRA data in accordance with regulatory deadlines.
• Coordinate the administration of CRA examinations and serve as the primary point of contact for regulators.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit and third-party reviewers to proactively identify and remediate program weaknesses.

IT Support

• Working a Hybrid schedule that changes based on business needs and on-call rotation
• Provide end-user support on Windows, macOS, Google Meets & other supported systems and applications
• Maintain and support conference room technology, including regular equipment health checks and providing on-site technical assistance for high-priority meetings and corporate events.
• Facilitate the technical onboarding of new hires, ensuring all accounts, hardware, and software are provisioned and ready for their first day.
• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including the issuance, receipt, and inventory tracking of hardware and peripherals.
• Develop and update Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) to promote user self-service and improve first-contact resolution rates.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes to eliminate repetitive tasks and increase overall service desk efficiency.
• Provide multi-channel technical support (phone, email, chat) as the primary point of contact for resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provision and deploy workstations from initial imaging to final delivery, ensuring all systems meet security standards and are pre-configured with necessary software.
• Serve as a critical link in the escalation chain, identifying high-priority or systemic issues and ensuring they are promptly transitioned to the appropriate engineering teams or leadership.
• Facilitate IT asset shipments by receiving and processing equipment deliveries, which includes the physical ability to lift and relocate packages up to 40 lbs as needed for inventory organization.
• Travel to the Chicago office for training.
