Manage the various stages and lifecycles of PLM Teamcenter Implementations for external customers
Review the contract and derive actions concerning risks, opportunities, and contractual obligations
Ownership of the customer contract/scope or work; ultimately responsible for project success from a financial and delivery standpoint
Proactively monitor the project's overall progress, resolve issues and initiate corrective and preventive actions
Manage customer requirements and project scope to achieve project objectives
Establish project communication plan and provide communication to project stakeholders at all levels, including escalation procedures and progress reporting
Perform project risk management including planning, identification, analysis, response planning and controlling
Manage and resolve issues with all necessary internal and external partners; maintain a project issue log and report on issues
Enforce project change management process, document project changes, support quoting and procurement of changes
Manage the schedule to ensure on time delivery, including site acceptance, commissioning, go-live and post go-live support
Perform project quality management and manage compliance to standards, rules and regulations
Follow procurement processes as required; manage contract acceptance and final project handover
Perform project reviews and retrospectives and feed lessons learned into project and organization
Work with Sales Account Manager and Services Management to understand value identification, align schedules with solution releases and drive customers to realize value
Identify and create additional opportunities from ongoing projects and feed to Program/Sales Account Manager
Collaborate with the customer to ensure agreed KPIs are tracked and met
Undertake any other duties required by the company
Requirements
Must be legally able to work in the United States for Engineering Industries eXcellence
Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering and/or manufacturing processes for design and development of products
Driving implementation and commissioning of IT solutions for manufacturing (preferred: Teamcenter PLM solutions)
Outstanding organizational skills
Outstanding communication capabilities, able to explain technical concepts and issues to non-technical audience (Directors/Managers, Executives)
Planning/Scheduling of project activities, assignment and tracking - Familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar tools
Capabilities of handling project budget related to resource cost/rates, utilization, calculating burn-down rates, cost and revenue forecast
Measure and optimize cost on project and maximize project margins
Knowledge/familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, Kanban or similar iterative approaches
Experienced in the elements of business standards, compliance & ethics relevant to own role
Proficient with Standard MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%
Certification in Project Management from PMI, IPMA or equivalent (preferred)
Ability to work independently, as well as on a team
