About the role
- Maintain and support the deployment of new software versions across multiple environments
- Translate customer processes and requirements into functional solutions in close collaboration with developers
- Provide deep technical insight into our products and architecture
- Support sales activities by participating in product demonstrations for new customers
- Handle complex Level 3 support and troubleshooting cases
- Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with Azure, Scrum, and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business understanding and ability to align technical solutions with customer needs
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English (written and verbal)
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Solid technical understanding of IT architecture (advantage)
- Experience within Public Safety (advantage)
