About the role
- Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day execution of work of the assigned business unit.
- Oversee operations, sales and accounting.
- Develop and implement execution plan to maximize overall business objectives, and ensure maximum profitability.
- Hire and manage the Services team to maintain and enforce the company's Core Values.
- Communicate with Corporate Operations to identify, manage and share overall Best Practices and project resources.
- Manage Key Performance Indicators (safety, financial expectations, accurate forecasting, personnel development, sales team performance).
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements and operate the local office with the highest business ethics.
Requirements
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
- Minimum of 10 years of successful and verifiable experience.
- Knowledge of the service business and experience in outside sales and new business development.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
- Travel Requirements 5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
