About the role

  • Oversee project administration across Western Australia, Northern Territory, and offshore projects
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a key client site
  • Attend site during shutdowns to coordinate works and support client delivery
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to Project Administrators
  • Ensure project schedules, documentation, and reporting are accurate and delivered on time
  • Drive compliance with QHSE standards and internal procedures
  • Support procurement, cost tracking, and invoicing processes
  • Liaise with clients, site teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain seamless project execution

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior project administration or coordination role (ideally within the energy, engineering, or construction sectors)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience leading or mentoring project support staff
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Navision experience a bonus)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and willingness to travel to site during shutdowns
