About the role
- Oversee project administration across Western Australia, Northern Territory, and offshore projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for a key client site
- Attend site during shutdowns to coordinate works and support client delivery
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to Project Administrators
- Ensure project schedules, documentation, and reporting are accurate and delivered on time
- Drive compliance with QHSE standards and internal procedures
- Support procurement, cost tracking, and invoicing processes
- Liaise with clients, site teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain seamless project execution
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a senior project administration or coordination role (ideally within the energy, engineering, or construction sectors)
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience leading or mentoring project support staff
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Navision experience a bonus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and willingness to travel to site during shutdowns
