About the role

  • Manage site budgets and prepare turbine performance reports
  • Oversee inventory control and procurement
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for the site owner/customer.

Requirements

  • Post‑secondary diploma in Electrical, Electromechanical, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in leading technical teams, including 3 years in field‑based maintenance or operations
  • Strong electrical and/or mechanical experience; wind turbine experience is an asset
  • Demonstrated people‑leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Strong problem‑solving, prioritization, and decision‑making abilities in field environments
  • Proficiency with MS Office particularly with Excel and other operational tools (SCADA and ERP/CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP) is an asset)
  • Clear, professional communication with technicians, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to climb and work at heights, and to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s licence for travel
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
