About the role

  • Provide real-time technical support to wind turbine maintenance and commissioning technicians
  • Improve safety, quality, and efficiency of interventions on ENERCON's high-voltage (HV) switching equipment
  • Participate in procedure reviews and continuous improvement projects
  • Promote the continuous improvement
  • Set up a relationship with internal customer/provider
  • Provide technical and logistical support
  • Ensure efficient communication with concerned persons (Service Dispatch, Management, PM, Sales, Clients, Warehouse, Customer Relations, HR, ...)
  • Support the teams in carrying out their work
  • Carry out and ensure the regular control of the “quality and safety” procedures for the work carried out by the technical teams
  • Give reports and make suggestions to users about procedures, tools
  • Follow up and plan all necessary GO activities
  • Contribute to changing the reactive GO department into a proactive GO department
  • Sparepart strategy, switching letters
  • Be the point of contact for clients, subcontractors and other parties concerning switching operations in the turbines HV safety
  • Train technicians
  • Evaluate switching capacities

Requirements

  • Bachelor in industrial engineering or equivalent by experience
  • + 3 years of experience with ENERCON wind turbines
  • +3 years experience with MV/HV installations
  • Good knowledge of electricity and mechanics; both theoretical and practical
  • Team management, organized, communicative, good negotiator, stress resistant, flexible, clients and results oriented, sense of responsibilities, autonomy, leadership, assertive, problem solving
  • Good professional knowledge of English, and very good knowledge of French or Dutch (knowledge of both is an asset).
