Developing detailed engineering design packages, drawings, specifications, and evaluations tailored to client needs
Ensuring all designs and deliverables align with industry codes, standards, and regulations
Working effectively with multidisciplinary teams and fostering strong relationships with colleagues and client engineers
Providing hands-on expertise during field installations, system checkouts, and start-up activities
Owning project scopes, schedules, and quality, while guiding team members to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (for Electrical Engineers)
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical (for I&C Engineers)
Requires at least 3+ years of design engineering experience
Experience with Protection & Control Design, Medium and low voltage installation and Power system design experience (Electrical Engineers)
DCS/PLC installation and configuration experience (I&C Engineers)
Strong skills in writing, presentation and communication
Proficient in performing electrical calculations
Cable, conduit, and cable tray installation design experience
Ability to provide informed recommendation based on expertise
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability as an individual contributor and team member
Physically able to visit client sites (including using stairs or ladders)
PE license highly preferred; EIT preferred
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship
Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to company and client policies
