About the role
- Serve as a senior technology executive responsible for end-to-end product strategy execution and delivery across core insurance platforms
- Translate enterprise strategy into multi-year technology roadmaps
- Partner closely with business executives to prioritize capabilities and sequence investments
- Balance operational stability with growth and modernization initiatives
- Improve predictability and transparency of technology commitments
- Manage portfolio budgets across run, grow, and modernize initiatives
- Lead product and delivery directors aligned to business domains and/or Shared Services
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience within P&C insurance or adjacent financial services
- Experience leading large-scale product portfolios and complex delivery organizations
- Demonstrated success aligning business strategy to technology roadmaps
- Strong financial acumen managing multi-million-dollar budgets
- Executive presence with ability to influence at C-suite and board levels
- Track record of building high-performing teams
