About the role
- Individual contributor reporting to the Finance Manager; work closely with the CFO and VP of Finance and finance organization.
- Support the preparation of monthly internal/external reporting packages including analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
- Perform financial modeling and analysis, including operational/productivity measures.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with different departments to provide financial guidance on projects, investments, and business opportunities.
- Maintain and improve financial planning and reporting tools.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of related financial experience including advanced financial planning and analysis.
- Experience in a PE-backed setting or Transactional Services in a CPA firm (QOE modelling/work) is a plus.
- Intimate understanding of P&L relationships and comprehension of Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to BI tools and databases is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
