About the role

  • Support technical customer onboarding, including running technical sessions and importing/exporting data and labels into and out of our platform
  • Build scripts and tools to quickly respond to pressing customer feature requests, and support the product and engineering team in converting these into production-grade platform features
  • Serve as the face of our engineering team with customers and prospects
  • Work alongside commercial teams throughout the entire customer lifecycle and support dealmaking with your technical knowledge
  • Collaborate with the Sales & ML team to prepare and set up product demos

Requirements

  • 1-5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of Python SDKs, APIs, SQL, and cloud integrations
  • Ability to estimate the scope of bug fixes and debug code based on stack traces and customer-reported issues
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced B2B start-up is a plus
