About the role
- Coordinate a high volume of phone, video, and onsite interviews with speed, precision, and care.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a polished, human experience throughout the interview process.
- Manage interview logistics, candidate travel arrangements, and expense reimbursement as needed.
- Meet and greet candidates onsite and act as a warm, professional ambassador for Encord.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy across all candidate information and communications.
- Ensure candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers feel supported at every step of the process.
- Partner with recruiters to maintain clean, accurate data in our ATS and support day-to-day system workflows.
- Help identify coordination or process bottlenecks and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Support reporting and metrics gathering to help recruiters and hiring managers stay on track.
- Assist with documentation and light enablement materials as new processes or tools are introduced.
- Take on scoped projects that improve coordination workflows, scheduling automation, or the onsite interview experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar coordination-heavy role at a scaling company.
- A proven ability to manage complex scheduling and high-volume coordination with calm, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders with scheduling and communications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you take pride in getting things right.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.
- Clear, thoughtful, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High integrity and respect for candidate confidentiality and data privacy.
- Ability to be in-person in our San Francisco office for candidate visits.
