Lead strategic direction, operational excellence, and modernization of Enbridge’s Work/Asset Management technology ecosystem
Manage and optimize over $150 million in technology assets
Negotiate multimillion-dollar contracts with technology vendors
Build and sustain partnerships with Directors and VPs
Ensure 24/7 system stability, security, and performance
Identify and implement industry-leading technology practices
Serve as escalation point for major incidents
Lead/Direct vendor relationships and operational roadmaps

Requirements

8+ years’ experience managing large enterprise systems
5+ years of experience in a leadership role
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or a related subject area
Demonstrated experience operating and supporting IBM Maximo, Salesforce Field Mobility, Oracle and SAP
Experience leading distributed application support teams across multiple regions
Solid background in IT Service Management (ITSM) practices
Demonstrated leadership experience in an onshore/offshore delivery model
