About the role

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with highly compensated participants, providing exceptional customer service and proactive communication.
Coordinate participant meetings with Executive Planner(s) and Benefits Planner(s)
Support the team by assisting with comprehensive financial plan creation and being knowledgeable about executive benefits and plans for participant inquiries
Implement and review investment strategies that align with risk tolerance and financial objectives.
Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting investments.
Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with company policies
Support your team while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
Registrations/Licensing: FINRA Series 7, NASAA Series 63 required
FINRA fingerprinting required
Life insurance licensing preferred
Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC©) preferred
Knowledge of financial wellness and investment management strategies
