About the role
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with highly compensated participants, providing exceptional customer service and proactive communication.
- Coordinate participant meetings with Executive Planner(s) and Benefits Planner(s)
- Support the team by assisting with comprehensive financial plan creation and being knowledgeable about executive benefits and plans for participant inquiries
- Implement and review investment strategies that align with risk tolerance and financial objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting investments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with company policies
- Support your team while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
- Registrations/Licensing: FINRA Series 7, NASAA Series 63 required
- FINRA fingerprinting required
- Life insurance licensing preferred
- Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC©) preferred
- Knowledge of financial wellness and investment management strategies
