• Drive cross-functional teams on key performance indicators (KPIs) to hold teams accountable to deadlines and deliverables
• Collaborate with operations teams to understand operational flow and translate it into streamlined transactional processes
• Calculate, analyze, and coordinate payments with external partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance with RSP agreements
• Manage finance-related matters in relation to revenue sharing participants, ensuring alignment with program objectives
• Partner effectively with Commercial, Operations, Controllership, and RSP teams to drive outcomes in a cross-functional environment
• Initiate and implement process improvements to drive standardization and efficiency across deliverables and workflows
• Identify leakage and develop solutions to mitigate financial risks
