About the role
- Drive cross-functional teams on key performance indicators (KPIs) to hold teams accountable to deadlines and deliverables
- Collaborate with operations teams to understand operational flow and translate it into streamlined transactional processes
- Calculate, analyze, and coordinate payments with external partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance with RSP agreements
- Manage finance-related matters in relation to revenue sharing participants, ensuring alignment with program objectives
- Partner effectively with Commercial, Operations, Controllership, and RSP teams to drive outcomes in a cross-functional environment
- Initiate and implement process improvements to drive standardization and efficiency across deliverables and workflows
- Identify leakage and develop solutions to mitigate financial risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in finance)
- Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges
- Established project management skills, with a proven ability to lead programs and projects to successful outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Openness to learn and use lean tools to drive process improvements and efficiency
