About the role
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and deliverables are achieved on schedule
- Serve as a single point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining transparency and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify, measure, and prioritize project risks, developing plans to mitigate high-priority issues
- Monitor project performance, track budgets, and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and evaluations to assess progress and outcomes
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance project management efficiency and consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required; Agile certification preferred
- 10+ years of project management experience in complex environments
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and Visio; SQL experience a plus
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to collaborate globally
- Experience managing systems implementations, testing, and change management processes
