Bookkeeper

• Verify and reconcile revenue transactions generated by an automated Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) software.
• Reconcile CRM automated customer payments to bank deposits.
• Assist franchise clients with research of customer account discrepancies.
• Obtain information from clients to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to date.
• Accounts payable data entry.
• Assist franchise clients with vendor payments and statement reconciliation.
• General ledger journal entries (including, but not limited to): Payroll record keeping, Monthly depreciation/amortization, Cost of Goods Sold and inventory valuation adjustments, Construction job cost accrual accounting, Monthly account reconciliations – Bank and Credit Card, Maintain certain spreadsheets for monthly reporting and analysis, Assist with preparing the monthly financial reporting package, Assist with any other general accounting and bookkeeping duties as required.

Franchise Services Bookkeeper

Consultant

• Provide coaching and mentoring to franchise owners through one-on-one business reviews and performance tracking.
• Ensure franchisees meet their KPIs and provide guidance for improving operational performance, including production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Interpret data to provide coaching and recommendations on priorities for Franchisee to address.
• Assist franchisees in building out/updating their goals and annual budgets.
• Achieve the operations and business performance goals for their portfolio of Franchisees, as set by brand leadership.
• Conduct regular coaching calls (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) via a Level 10 EOS format and on-site visits to address challenges, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in New Franchisee Training, to include updating training materials, operations manuals, and resources to ensure franchisees have the latest tools and knowledge.
• Utilize effective time management and operate with integrity to promote, advocate, educate and train in regard to the brand.
• Audit franchise location operations to ensure processes are followed by all.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of support for each franchise partner.

Franchise Business Consultant

• Coach franchise owners on business planning, ramp-up strategies, operational excellence, and overall business growth
• Deliver training and support in core areas of the business, including irrigation systems, seasonal services, and operational best practices
• Conduct on-site and virtual visits to identify growth opportunities, evaluate needs, and provide actionable feedback
• Lead and support regional and network-wide training programs for owners, managers, and technicians
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to align on systems, pricing models, and brand standards
• Serve as a resource for POS training, reporting, and operational optimization
• Continuously improve tools, processes, and training resources to help owners and their teams achieve stronger results

Director

• Lead development, execution, and growth of the commercial insulation division within the franchise system.
• Design and implement the commercial insulation business model, including service offerings, pricing, estimating standards, and project management best practices.
• Establish safety, compliance, and quality assurance standards aligned with industry regulations.
• Develop scalable tools, templates, and resources to support franchisees entering the commercial market.
• Create and deliver commercial insulation training programs for franchise owners, sales teams, and project managers; lead workshops, webinars, and field training sessions.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to franchisees pursuing commercial opportunities, including pre-bid qualification, RFP responses, and proposal development.
• Build relationships with national and regional general contractors, developers, and property managers to create system-wide commercial opportunities; develop project pipeline and distribute leads to franchise owners.
• Partner with Marketing to create collateral, case studies, and campaigns targeting commercial clients.
• Serve as subject matter expert to ensure franchisees have the operational systems, vendor relationships, sales strategies, and technical training to win and deliver commercial projects.
