About the role
- Winning new business in the UK market
- Managing a high-volume, end-to-end sales cycle from prospect to close
- Partnering closely with our SDR team to maximise opportunity conversion
- Delivering a consistent monthly quota through high-quality pipeline management.
- Prospecting, pitching, demoing and closing new business across a wide range of verticals
- Presenting to and negotiating with C-suite and senior HR executives
- Collaborating closely with SDRs to qualify and progress inbound and outbound leads
- Maintaining a strong, accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Hitting monthly revenue targets through consultative, value-based selling
- Contributing to a culture of learning, energy and high performance within the sales team.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales within a tech or SaaS environment
- Experience in Sales in the HR / Payroll tech space – a plus
- A track record of managing and closing full sales cycles
- Confidence in a high-volume, fast-paced sales setting
- A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills – especially with senior stakeholders
- Hunger, curiosity and tenacity – with a team-first mindset
