Product Designer

• We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design and build critical product learning programs for customers and employees
• As the Learning Experience Designer, you will take a hands-on approach in creating multi-modal learning programs that enhance our customers’ ability to independently administer their Employ solutions with confidence
• Driving case deflection, product adoption, customer retention and account growth
• Design high-impact content, including microlearning videos, process guides, assessments, and additional resources, that reduces customer friction points and promotes product adoption
• Conduct targeted needs analysis and discovery with subject matter experts
• Continuously monitor training effectiveness, and take a data-driven approach to content iteration
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of learning assets, ensuring content remains accurate as the product evolves through each release cycle
• Partner closely with the Digital Experience and Customer Success teams to create scalable learning programs and effective digital onboarding programs

• Identify high-value opportunities where AI can improve hiring outcomes, platform differentiation, and customer ROI
• Lead structured discovery and validation efforts, including customer interviews, market analysis, and rapid experimentation
• Define product hypotheses, MVPs, success metrics, and decision frameworks to evaluate investment and scale potential
• Partner with Engineering teams to deliver high-quality prototypes and early product iterations
• Translate emerging AI capabilities (e.g., LLMs, automation, decision support) into commercially viable, customer-ready solutions
• Balance speed with rigor—ensuring solutions are reliable, explainable, and aligned with customer expectations
• Communicate product vision, progress, learnings, and business impact to senior stakeholders and leadership
• Contribute to repeatable incubation and innovation processes that support ongoing growth and portfolio expansion

• Designing and governing annual and mid-year sales compensation plans aligned to revenue growth, margin protection, retention, and budget discipline
• Translating revenue strategy into quotas, payout curves, accelerators, decelerators, thresholds, and crediting rules
• Modeling plan costs, payout scenarios, and revenue impact across multiple performance outcomes
• Owning end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual commission cycles, including calculations, audits, and payout validation
• Serving as the central authority for commission plan interpretation, dispute resolution, and edge-case decisioning
• Owning CaptivateIQ administration and Salesforce-sourced commission data pipelines, ensuring accuracy, auditability, and scalability

• Define and evolve differentiated product positioning and messaging across segments and use cases.
• Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, features, and solutions in close partnership with Product, Sales, and Growth Marketing.
• Scale customer marketing and advocacy programs, including case studies, reference programs, user communities, and NPS-driven initiatives.
• Oversee high-impact sales and customer enablement assets such as pitch decks, playbooks, product videos, and customer stories.
• Partner with Growth and Customer Success to design lifecycle programs that drive adoption, expansion, and customer lifetime value.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to measure product adoption, retention, expansion, and campaign ROI, using insights to continuously refine strategy.
