About the role
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate hiring
- Document intake meetings with hiring managers
- Post job descriptions accurately through the ATS
- Enter requisitions into the ATS for headcount approvals
- Review resumes to identify quality candidates in coordination with the TAP
- Conduct recruiter screens for summer intern candidates
- Schedule all interviews
- Own ESRT’s Talent Outlook inbox and help manage the calendar
- Meet and greet candidates for onsite interviews
- Manage candidate information within the ATS to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment coordination/administration
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination and operations
- Corporate environment preferred
- Familiarity with AI-supported recruitment tools or talent platforms and awareness of guidelines for responsible use
