About the role

Work with customer and contracted boar studs mainly in North America (USA, Canada).
Monitor performance levels and help establish/respond to performance opportunities targeted by PIC boar stud customers.
Drive efficiency initiatives with key accounts to improve genetic dissemination.
Provide guidance to PIC Owned and Contracted GTC’s, utilizing their QC results and PIC best practices, leading to elevated QA and performance of PIC semen products.
Develop, with other team members, comprehensive plans, technical information and initiatives aimed at creating value with customers through PIC products, technology and /or services.
Support the sales, supply chain and genetic teams with regular technical updates and tailored customer service plans.
Help customers realize the genetic potential of PIC products.

Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Science, Veterinary or Life Science or a related field with 4+ years of experience; or a Master's degree in the same fields with 2+ years of experience.
Experience managing or consulting Gene Transfer Centers (GTCs).
Proven experience managing a boar stud within the swine industry, including successful project execution and demonstrated competency in basic data analysis.
Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel approximately 40% within North America; travel may increase based on business needs.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Spanish language proficiency (preferred).
