About the role

  • Provide consultative, direct support to clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them through processes.
  • Ensure speed and accuracy in handling requests, acting as a primary point of contact for the client.
  • Monitor the client portfolio under your responsibility, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Anticipate potential dissatisfaction risks and propose proactive solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actions that strengthen the relationship.
  • Collect continuous feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Contribute insights to the development of products, processes, and services.
  • Act as the “voice of the client” within the company, ensuring alignment between needs and deliverables.
  • Prepare and lead meetings to present performance indicators and achieved results.
  • Translate data into clear, strategic, and relevant information for the client.
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Tier 3, Product, Sales) to align strategies and ensure consistent delivery.
  • Support improvements to internal processes that impact client service and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in customer service and ticket resolution.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Office Suite (Excel).
  • Basic knowledge of service performance indicators (SLA, AHT, NPS, CSAT, resolution rate, etc.).
  • Ability to prepare reports and analyze operational data.
