Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actions that strengthen the relationship.
Collect continuous feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
Contribute insights to the development of products, processes, and services.
Act as the “voice of the client” within the company, ensuring alignment between needs and deliverables.
Prepare and lead meetings to present performance indicators and achieved results.
Translate data into clear, strategic, and relevant information for the client.
Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Tier 3, Product, Sales) to align strategies and ensure consistent delivery.
Support improvements to internal processes that impact client service and satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience in customer service and ticket resolution.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Office Suite (Excel).
Basic knowledge of service performance indicators (SLA, AHT, NPS, CSAT, resolution rate, etc.).
Ability to prepare reports and analyze operational data.
