About the role
- Prepare a document booklet listing the documents required from the client;
- Verify documents submitted by the client;
- Receive the client database and format it prior to sending to the destination operator;
- Register the implementation process with the operator;
- Resolve rejections/errors reported by the operator in coordination with the client;
- Share card numbers with the client;
- Conduct operational alignment meetings with the client’s operator;
- Send client and operator information for registration in the broker’s system;
- Send the first invoice to the client/Finance and release access passwords;
- Register the company in the operator’s system.
Requirements
- University degree in progress or completed
- Previous experience at an insurance brokerage
- Familiarity with health plan implementation processes and interaction with operators is a plus
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (on-site once per week)
