About the role
- Control and monitoring of equipment outages
- Follow-up on tickets and support during crises/incidents
- Prepare reports requested by the client and provide end-user support
- Analyze and research technical cases involving Routers, Switching and Wireless by studying partner support documentation, support communities and other platforms, aiming to resolve customer issues
- Basic knowledge of Networking, Connectivity and Mobility is required
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Entuity) and ITSM (ServiceNow), as well as troubleshooting related to Wireless and Switching (primarily Cisco)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (in progress or completed)
- CCNA certification (plus)
