Follow-up on tickets and support during crises/incidents
Prepare reports requested by the client and provide end-user support
Analyze and research technical cases involving Routers, Switching and Wireless by studying partner support documentation, support communities and other platforms, aiming to resolve customer issues
Basic knowledge of Networking, Connectivity and Mobility is required
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Entuity) and ITSM (ServiceNow), as well as troubleshooting related to Wireless and Switching (primarily Cisco)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (in progress or completed)
CCNA certification (plus)
