About the role

  • Develop and execute global operational strategies that align with business goals and support sustainable growth.
  • Lead daily operations across multiple regions, ensuring consistent performance, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization frameworks.
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner closely with leaders in Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other functions to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Oversee global supply chain and logistics strategy to optimize cost, service levels, and delivery performance.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
  • Lead, develop, and support a high-performing global operations team, promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Anticipate and mitigate operational risks while strengthening business continuity plans.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control processes for global operations.
  • Champion digital transformation and technology adoption to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a global or multi-regional role.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, manufacturing and logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (25–40%).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
