About the role

  • Lead the Platform Marketing function for Emerson’s Business in the Middle East and Africa.
  • Develop and operationalize marketing strategies designed to increase Emerson’s engagement and business with its customers.
  • Lead regional growth strategy development and enhance digital customer experience.
  • Oversee market insights programs to strengthen strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure all internal and external content aligns with corporate branding guidelines.
  • Drive the rollout of global marketing programs across Middle East & Africa.
  • Develop strategies to deepen account engagement and expand coverage in strategic markets.
  • Partner with Strategic Planning for in-depth research on market trends, competitors, and customer behaviors.
  • Enable growth in targeted emerging markets using strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Lead initiatives to grow Emerson’s presence in key segments such as Sustainability & Decarbonization and Metals & Mining.
  • Design impactful experiences for customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Build a robust Customer Experience practice across Middle East & Africa.
  • Develop and execute cohesive data-driven campaigns and events strategies.
  • Own external communications, including press, publications, and social media.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and capture insights to enhance sales coverage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Communications.
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or Business Development, preferably in process or industrial automation industries.
  • Degree in Marketing or Engineering combined with experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
  • MBA or Master’s in Marketing, PR, or Communications is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Middle East & Africa markets and industries.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
