Develop, implement and maintain hydrostatic pressure test procedures and safety protocols to share best practices and ensure global standardization.
Provide technical support and assist in training of personnel on hydrostatic testing equipment, procedures, and safety measures.
Perform risk assessments to mitigate potential pressure testing-related hazards and safeguard workers.
Conduct calculations to determine appropriate test parameters and methodologies.
Maintain a thorough understanding of materials, system design, and testing techniques to improve test accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
Design and develop hydrostatic pressure test tooling, fixtures, gauging, and facility equipment using 3D CAD software.
Serve as the manufacturing representative on new product design teams to provide manufacturing input on early-stage product designs.
Coordinate manufacturing planning and execution for new and existing products with world area and site teams through meetings and digital collaboration tools.
Travel to global manufacturing locations as required.
Requirements
BA/BS in Business, Engineering or Operations related field or equivalent work experience.
More than 5 years of professional experience.
Experience collaborating with remote teams.
Previous design, test or manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
Excellent leadership and communication skills in a global environment preferred.
Five years related Flow Controls experience preferred.
Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
Able to work well with teams to tackle sophisticated problems.
Ability to successfully implement process change.
