About the role

  • Develop, implement and maintain hydrostatic pressure test procedures and safety protocols to share best practices and ensure global standardization.
  • Provide technical support and assist in training of personnel on hydrostatic testing equipment, procedures, and safety measures.
  • Perform risk assessments to mitigate potential pressure testing-related hazards and safeguard workers.
  • Conduct calculations to determine appropriate test parameters and methodologies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of materials, system design, and testing techniques to improve test accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
  • Design and develop hydrostatic pressure test tooling, fixtures, gauging, and facility equipment using 3D CAD software.
  • Serve as the manufacturing representative on new product design teams to provide manufacturing input on early-stage product designs.
  • Coordinate manufacturing planning and execution for new and existing products with world area and site teams through meetings and digital collaboration tools.
  • Travel to global manufacturing locations as required.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Engineering or Operations related field or equivalent work experience.
  • More than 5 years of professional experience.
  • Experience collaborating with remote teams.
  • Previous design, test or manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills in a global environment preferred.
  • Five years related Flow Controls experience preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
  • Able to work well with teams to tackle sophisticated problems.
  • Ability to successfully implement process change.
  • Work authorization in the United States required; sponsorship will not be provided.
