Requirements
An engineer by training - BS/BSc in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Quality-strong - 5+ years in manufacturing QA/QC or complex manufacturing development.
Factory-fluent - solid grasp of industrial quality, supplier management, and hard-goods manufacturing methods.
An end-to-end owner - you plan it, run it, and land it with tight execution.
Self-driven and remote-savvy — you move work forward without heavy oversight.
Analytical and practical - you use data to decide, then go see and fix.
Comfortable with 3D CAD - SolidWorks/Onshape/Fusion is a plus.
Plant-curious - interest in indoor plant care is a real advantage.
Travel-ready - comfortable being on-site up to ~40% (mostly U.S., some international).
