About the role

  • Assist in the design and development of ARM and FPGA-based embedded hardware solutions
  • Participate in schematic capture, PCB layout, and circuit design
  • Support the prototyping, testing, and validation of hardware designs
  • Debug and troubleshoot hardware issues to ensure optimal performance
  • Document design processes, test procedures, and results
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools
  • Knowledge of fundamental electronic components and their characteristics
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
  • Junior or Senior (preferred)
  • Completed courses in: Digital Logic Design, Circuit Theory, Electro-magnetic Theory, Embedded Systems (preferred)
  • Exposure to Hardware Description Languages such as VHDL or Verilog (preferred)
  • Exposure to Signal integrity and EMI/EMC considerations (preferred)
  • Exposure to Embedded systems and microcontroller design (preferred)
  • Exposure to Simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, ModelSim) (preferred)
  • Previous internship experience in a professional environment (preferred)
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills (preferred)
  • Strategic mindset and self-motivated (preferred)
