- Support the Globalization of processes to optimize customer support teams
- Support definition of global governance roadmap and prioritize requirements
- Inform teams of strategic opportunities to deliver increased value
- Conduct market research and gather voice of customers to understand needs

- Create internal networks to assist in delivery of change
- Analyze tech opportunities to enable productivity and provide insights to modernize vision and roadmap
- Domain-specific responsibilities: Cost modeling, Process Mining, Org Modeling, BI and Dashboards, Market Research

- Familiarity with data transformation and visualization software and concepts (preferred)
