About the role
- Support vital applications used to design and manufacture Emerson products
- Design, program, test, implement, and maintain client/server and web-based applications
- Act as first line support for application issues
- Manage user accounts and license management
- Perform software server and client installs and upgrades using scripting/programming
- Author and maintain system and user documentation
- Conduct and/or assist with user training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Zero (0) years related experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science/ Information Technology (preferred)
- Windows/Linux based application support (preferred)
- Experience with license management (preferred)
- Experience applying basic Project Management concepts (preferred)
- Programming and scripting ability (preferred)
- Experience with basic scripting and/or programming to perform software server and client installs and upgrades
- Act as first line support for application issues
- Be responsible for user accounts and license management
- Author and maintain system and user documentation
- Conduct and/or assist with user training
